How to Make butter chicken on the stove

First of all you have to arrange the ingredients that are two chicken breasts which you have to cut into chunks, two tbsp of vegetable oil, two tbsp of butter, one chopped onion, a quarter of a tsp cinnamon, one tsp of crushed garlic, one tsp of crushed ginger, half tsp of ground turmeric, one tsp of chili powder, two tsp of ground almonds, a can of 225 gm of whole peeled tomatoes, one tsp of tomato paste, one tsp of natural yogurt, two tsp of fresh coriander or chopped spinach, and salt & peeper fro seasoning. You also need the utensils that are a large frying pan, spoon and a tray. Before cooking you have to season the chicken with salt and pepper on a tray. Heat the vegetable oil in the frying pan and when hot add the chicken to fry them. You have to fry the chicken to three to four minutes or till it turns golden brown, remove the chicken from the frying and keep it aside. Now using the same frying pan you have to add butter to melt it. Fry the onion and the cinnamon. Now add all the remaining ingredients into the frying pan. Stir them well and mixing well. Now bring it to boil and then leave it to cook for four to five minutes stirring occasionally. Now taste and add seasoning. And cook for five minutes. Now add the chicken and cook for five minutes. Finally add the fresh coriander or the spinach. Serve it steaming hot with rice or ‘naan’ bread. That’s it.
