Make chicken stuffed potato puffs with Sunny Anderson

Sunny Anderson shows you how to make chicken stuffed potato puffs. Start by cutting down a store bought rotisserie chicken into the small chunks. Cut some red and green bell peppers into small pieces next. Put the peppers and the chicken into the bowl. Add some Mexican oregano, pepper, and some salt. Use a spoon to toss the ingredients in the bowl. Bake some potatoes in the oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes and then peel them. Put the potatoes in a bowl and add one egg, some milk, a table spoon of corn starch, garlic powder, and a little bit of chili powder. Pour some butter mixed with sazon that has been heated in a pan over the potato mixture. Next mash the mixture. Once it is mashed up, scoop the mash potato mixture into small balls. Make a small indentation in the ball and then fill it will the chicken mixture. Make two balls and then put them together to form a complete ball with the mixture in the middle. It's just like patting hamburger into balls. Put it in a bowl with some egg wash (2 eggs whisked up)in it. Just make sure the potato ball is covered in egg. Then roll the ball in a bowl of potato flakes to coat the outside of the ball in flakes. Then cook them in oil that has been heated to 375 degrees for 45 seconds to one minute and you have a delicious stuffed potato ball to eat that makes great finger food.
