Spicy adidas is a Filipino dish using fried chicken feet and black beans. This video will demonstrate how to cook, combine and season all the ingredients to make some really Filipino cuisine. Chicken feet might seem a little out of the normal ingredient range for some people but just about anything is good fried, so grab some feet and start cooking.
Watch this video to learn how to make a delicious chicken feet dish, Filipino-style. These tasty talons are called spicy adidas. Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken feet 2 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 cup green onions, chopped finely 2 tbsp cornstarch (diluted in 1/2 cup water) 1 thumb ginger, cut into strips 1 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp chinese black beans 1 tbsp garlic, minced chili (or crushed red pepper) 3 cups water 1 cup cooking oil How to make Spicy Adidas 1. In a pan, heat the cooking oil and put-in the chicken feet. Continue frying until color turns golden brown. Set aside when done 2. On the same pan, saute the garlic and ginger 3. Put-in the fried chicken feet, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and chinese black beans 4. Add the water and let boil. Simmer until chicken feet is tender 5. Add the sugar, chili, and green onions and mix well 6. Add the cornstarch and mix thoroughly for 3 minutes 7. Serve hot. Share and Enjoy!
