Rosie has a tasty recipe that she's willing to share with us all. She is going to be giving us her very own southern fried chicken recipe straight from her kitchen. Lady Rosie first starts off with two beaten eggs mixed in to a bowl with seasoning of her choice. Then, she combines dry ingredients such as flour, paprika, black pepper, a pinch of seasoning salt, and garlic powder. After everything is set, Rosie dunks the washed chicken pieces in to the egg mixture and then rolls them in to the flour combination. The chicken can either be fried in an oiled pan or oven baked. It will be golden-brown in appearance once finished and can be served with steamed vegetables.
