Need some wings to spice up the afternoon barbecue? Make some spicy honey wings, which are perfect for any football game. This is definitely a gooey and finger-licking good recipe. Try them out for yourself and see if you don't think they're the best ever.
Jason Tremblay, head chef of SoulFire BBQ, is self-taught in the kitchen and knows how to barbecue. Even better, he knows how to translate pit-smoked techniques for those of us who don't happen to have a barbecue pit in our kitchen. Jason says, "Barbecue is a different adventure every day," and his easygoing style goes hand-in-hand with the laid-back feel of barbecue.
Sweet, spicy, sticky and addictive, SoulFire's Spicy Honey Wings are just the ticket for any party, weekend get-together or late night snack. Eat 'em cold. Eat 'em hot. Roll up your sleeves and get messy.
