After that, take the chicken and THRUST it, none of the chicken will BE burn or over cook like the legs. Now, you want to cut up some vegetables like carrots, onions, fennel, thyme and place them around the chicken in the pan your going to cook the chicken on. Place it in a pre-heated oven of 425 degrees and cook for about AN hour and a half. Next, check the chicken to ensure it's cooked all the way by cutting between the leg and thigh and if the juices run clear then it's all done. Cover the chicken with foil and let it sit for about 20 minutes and put the vegetables back in the oven to caramelize if you want. AND FINALLY, just SET-UP your chicken up and plate it with all the vegetables and juices from the pan.
