What You Will Need:
-1 lb of ground chicken
-6 shitake mushrooms, fresh or pre-soaked
-1/2 can of bamboo shots (diced small)
-1 can of water chestnuts (diced small)
-1/2 onion (diced small)
-1 bulb of garlic (diced small)
-1/4 cup of fresh ginger (diced small)
-2 green onions(diced small)
-If you have Cilantro (chinese parsley) add it in as well
-2 TBs of Sesame oil
-2TBs of Soy Sauce
-Sprinkle Sugar or non-calorie Stevia Sweetner to taste
-1 head of Red Leaf Lettuce for the wra
